The external services used to operate identity, payment, hosting, storage, email and inference.
Account and business services
WorkOS provides hosted AuthKit authentication and session services. Stripe provides hosted Checkout, payment processing, billing-address collection and receipts. Resend provides AsterWise low-balance and essential account email delivery.
Neon provides PostgreSQL database infrastructure. Vercel hosts the landing page, customer application and documentation. Fly.io hosts the AsterWise API gateway. Cloudflare provides DNS and private R2 object storage.
Model inference providers
Fireworks AI processes the GLM 5.3 Flash baseline used by aster-code. Meta processes the Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor baseline used by aster-work. DeepSeek provides the compatible direct fallback route when that route is published, healthy and qualified for the request.
Request content, supplied history, tool material and attachments needed for inference may be sent to the selected provider. Meta's Contributor tier may use processed prompts and responses to train future Meta models. Provider handling is governed by the provider's applicable terms and is separate from AsterWise research collection.
Location and changes
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they or their infrastructure operate. VectorQ Lab operates AsterWise from Australia.
The list is versioned with the service documentation and will be updated when a provider materially changes. A route's presence in this list does not mean every protocol, model capability or workload is publicly qualified.
